What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes encode the URL directly, so you can't change it after printing. Dynamic QR codes (what we offer) redirect through a short link, so you can update the destination anytime and track scans.
Can I use my own logo in the QR code?
Yes, on all plans. Upload your logo (PNG or JPG) and it's embedded in the center of your QR code. We automatically increase error correction to keep it scannable.
What does 'No branding' mean?
On the Free plan, when someone scans your QR code, they'll see a short Dead Simple QR page for about a second before being redirected to your link. On Pro and Business, scans go straight to your destination with no intermediary page.
How accurate are the scan analytics?
We track scan count, time, approximate location (city-level via IP geolocation), device type, and browser. IP addresses are hashed for privacy. We never store raw IPs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your QR codes always keep working regardless of plan changes.
